well for me and my husband!
Hey,
this is Mary, I'm 22 years old, and as a working mom, I know that losing weight,
and keeping the pounds off can be next to impossible. Between taking care
of my 11 month old girl, and then adding my own work on top of
everything, eating right is not always in the forefront of my mind. I
make sure my girl eat healthy, but sometimes it is quicker for me to
just go through a drive-thru than to cut up a bunch of veggies to have
with me as I run hear and there.
This is my story. After
having my little girl, who is now 11 month, I was NOT able to lose weight...I just
added more to that. ..I have added 38 pounds to my body from when I was in my early
17’s. That really hit me recently as we were buying
new dresses for a 2012 Christmas party that was
coming up.
I realized that I was just
unhappy with my body ( as well as my husband Jack - he always wanted to lose
50-60lbs!) I never slowed down enough to really take that
into consideration until that day in the dressing room. I knew
something needed to change, but I wasn¹t sure how I could do it. This
is how I did it and here are the pics of me before and after.

Losing
37 pounds was easier than I thought it would be. I ended up using a
combination of simple but unknown methods that I saw on TV and found on the
internet, I didn't need a
trendy diet to lose the weight. In the end all it took was a simple
37 days process and it changed my life forever. After one week I had
lost 10 pounds and now after one month, I've reached my goal and I feel
great! My husband Jack did EXACTLY the same thing after me and he lost
(believe or not!!0 55 LBS!

6 Healthy Tips to Stay in Shape:
1. Portion control! There is no reason to pile food on
your plate! Just take a reasonable amount, and you should be good!
Overeating is a huge problem in America because we don't know when to
stop!
2. Eat slowly. I know when you are really hungry that
can be hard, but if you take time and chew everything slowly, you are
less likely to overeat. How crazy is that? Just slow down, and enjoy
the food.
3. If you don't like the food, don't eat it. I know
that sounds silly, but we tend to just eat whatever is in front of us,
whenever it is there. But if you only eat what you really like, that
will also cut down on your food intake.
4. Don't park close to the store. I know everyone wants
the "prime" parking places, but it won't kill you to walk the extra few
hundred feet from the car to the store.
5. Switch it up! Don't eat the same thing every week.
Variety is the spice of life, and trying new things is good for your
digestion as well!
6. Eat as much fresh food as possible. I know its tough
sometimes, but be sure you aren't always eating packaged food. They
tend to have much higher amounts of sodium and other bad things for you.
